When

be removed and sleeves should be rolled above
the elbows. The lathe should always be stopped
before making any adjustments and before changing
the speed of the spindles. Eyewear protection
such as goggles should be worn when using cnc
woodworking lathes. Whenever you programmed
the software new, have a dry test run on your machine,
in order to see if the movement of the turning
head is as expected.
The
cnc lathe cutting tool must be made of the
correct material to do the work efficiently.
The most common tool is an all-purpose bit made
of high speed steel. This material is easy to
grind down and not as expensive as other bits,
which tend to break easily. One
must be skilled with using a lathe in order
to be able to do all of the necessary cuts. However,
recent technological advancements have made this
job easier with computer models that you can
program to get just the right design.
