Cummins Industrial Tools was founded by Bob
Cummins in 1977 in Omaha, Nebraska. The company
grew steadily, and in 1995 Cummins relocated
to the Kansas City area. Since that time, the
company has become one of the largest suppliers
of tools, shop and hobby equipment in the United
States.

is the sales branch for Cummins air compressors
with 12 retail stores serving the Mid-West region
of the U.S. The company is also well-known for
its mobile tool sale stores, which consist of
sales trucks that travel throughout the forty-eight
continental states conducting one and two-day
tool shows. These events are often well attended
by those who hope to get a good deal on the large
selection of tools sold by the company.
In
addition to the air compressors sold under
the Cummins name, their product line includes
wrenches, saws, sanders, clamps, grinders, drills
and tool sets. Adding to the sales appeal the
company enjoys are the hundreds of other name
brand tools they offer at the mobile sales, online
and through their retail stores. A partial list
