the new HR2455 and HR2445 Pit
BullT Makita rotary hammer series. These new 1" Makita rotary hammer range
are not only powerful (7.0 Amp), they're remarkably lightweight (6.2 lbs.)
The Pit BullT Makita rotary hammer range synchronizes the impact action between
RPM (revolutions per minute) and BPM (blows per minute) to prevent overlapping
impacts for 2X more efficient drilling, making them the fastest drilling rotary
hammers in their class.
The Makita rotary hammer
HR2455 features a 3-mode switch for rotation, hammering with rotation, and
hammering only. Optimum chisel positioning is accomplished with a 360° adjustable
chuck with 40 different locking positions. The Makita rotary hammer HR2445
is the 2-mode version of this model with options for rotation and hammering
with rotation. Both rotary hammers feature a positive stop
mode selector to prevent accidental mode disengagement. The ergonomic and well-balanced
design of these Makita rotary hammer, with rubberized D-handle comfort
grips, offers greater stability and control as well as reduced operator fatigue.
Other unique features of
the Makita rotary hammer HR2455 and HR2445 include a built-in torque limiter
to ensure stable drilling, a one-touch sliding SDS chuck for easy bit changes,
a recessed lock-on button for continuous use, and a large trigger switch
for usability. The Pit BullT Makita rotary
hammer HR2455 and HR2445 are an ideal choice for anchor setters, sign hangers,
installers, electricians, plumbers and masons.
