New DeWALTŪ Woodworking Saw Blades

dewalt-saw-bladesDeWALT has introduced more than two dozen new high-performance woodworking saw blades designed for cabinetmakers, trim carpenters, and woodworkers who want smooth and accurate cuts with better finish. Each saw blade features large precision-ground C4 micrograin carbide teeth that plane the material while cutting to produce an exceptionally smooth finish. Ultra-sharp cutting edges prevent tear-out and dramatically reduce edge splintering when making rip cuts, joints and corners. The extra-hard carbide in the teeth keeps the cutting edges sharp of this woodworking saw blades.

The blades are made from laser-cut steel plates that are precision-balanced to produce accurate cuts for tight joints. In addition, laser-cut expansion slots in the blades minimize noise while reducing edge vibration for an excellent surface finish. The new DeWALT woodworking blades come in various size and tooth configurations matched to specific applications and work material. They're engineered specifically for fast ripping, finish ripping, fine crosscutting, combination cutting, and general purpose cutting on table saws, miter saws, sliding miter saws, and radial arm saws. Blade sizes range from 8-1/2 inches up to 15 inches in diameter with 24 to 100 teeth for superior cutting in hard and soft woods, plywood, particle board, melamine, laminates, veneers, solid surface materials, plastics, and non-ferrous metals. Blade descriptions are clearly labeled on the packaging so users can easily find the correct blade for their material and type of cut. In addition, the packaging can be re-used to store and protect these woodworking saw blades.
