Panhans Horizontal Table Saw S45
 Due
to different requirements of joineries, various sawing machines were developped
in the past such as the table circular saw, the sliding table panel saw,
the vertical panel saw and the horizontal panel beam saw. Every machine
with its corresponding advantages and disadvantages.
The development
of the new horizontal Panhans table saw for woodworkers "S 45 all-in-one" now
allows for the first time to do the totality of cutting procedures, including
angle and tilting cuts on one single machine. The one-operator multi function
saw can do every operation from the raw panel until the smallest workpiece
upon request either manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically
(on-line).
Following
the motto "not sawing, make sawing", the
new "S 45 all-in-one" offers all advantages of an automatically working
sawing center for woodworkers. This enables the workshops for the first
time to achieve industrial precision and performance at lowest cost
in their own works. For example, angle cuts are done with a precision
of 1/100 degrees. This ensures nearly invisible mitre connections.
The new
machine will be available starting from October 2003. Selected workshops
where the new "S 45 all-in-one" multi function saw is operated
for test purposes since weeks, are enthusiastic. It saves labour
cost and time, however, performance and profit are clearly increased with
this new modern range of panhans table saw.
