What do air tools and heavy duty air compressors have in common

Air tools work because of air compression that forces air through an inlet valve, this allowing people to make use of it in nailers and other tools, both large and small. Air tools such as compressors are used on many jobs and in industrial workplaces where equipment is used on regular basis.

A convention industrial compressor has a crankshaft, a connecting rod and piston, a cylinder and a valve head. It requires either an electric motor or a gas engine. The compressors have an air tank that holds a quantity of air within a preset pressure range. The compressed air in this tank is what drives the air tools. The motor automatically shuts on and off to maintain the needed pressure.

Industrial air compressors and heavy duty air compressors are used mainly on large jobs. Heavy duty air compressors can also be used on smaller jobs, because they can be carried from place to place. An industrial air compressor is one that is usually mounted and kept in one place such as a garage. Depending on the air tool for which it is needed, air compressors can be either one or two cylinder versions.

Hitachi air tools are constantly developing newer lines designed to make work easier. Such air tools include brad nailers that customers report as being very powerful and durable. They are lightweight so that it is no trouble to carry them from one job site to another. They are stored easily in the handy carrying case provided for smaller sir tools.
